Dyson Vacuum Cleaner Replacement Head Not Received After Two Months

Last December, I was lucky enough to receive a Dyson vacuum cleaner as a gift. The carpet cleaning head wasn't functioning properly, so I went ahead and submitted a replacement request on January 7th.
Dyson assured me that they would be sending a replacement head soon. But it's been two months and I still haven't gotten it. I've reached out to Dyson multiple times, both by phone and in writing, but unfortunately, they haven't been able to resolve the issue.
I am very disappointed with Dyson's customer service. I am unable to use the vacuum cleaner, and I feel like I have been taken advantage of.
