I have had an absolutely awful experience with the Dyson V8. Although the suction power seemed impressive at first, it has become comparable to that of a regular vacuum cleaner after only four months of use. There seems to be an issue with the carpet head as it appears to be damaged, and unfortunately, the rotating head is not functioning properly. I reached out to customer service over a month ago, but unfortunately, I have yet to receive a response. While I was waiting for a replacement, I had to buy another vacuum cleaner. I wouldn't recommend investing in Dyson. The service network is lacking and it seems to be more of a marketing-driven product.
