Dyson Motorhead Failure! Repeated Part Breakage on Corded Vacuum

I am a Dyson corded vacuum user, and about two weeks ago the Motorhead (moving head) part of my vacuum stopped working. I had experienced a similar issue before, and when the head broke down two months ago, Dyson customer service sent me a new one. However, the same problem has now happened again, and the head does not rotate at all, with this issue occurring every time I use it. Even though I tried simple solutions like cleaning, the problem persists. Although my product is under warranty, customer service told me they could not replace the head for free again and that I would need to purchase a new one. I bought the product from Dyson’s official website, but I have lost the invoice. Since this is a repeated issue with the same part under warranty, I request a free replacement and kindly ask for my problem to be resolved quickly.

Dyson called and said they can't do anything about this and won't replace the broken part. The issue has not been resolved.
