I purchased a Dyson V15 Total Clean, and it has only been one year, yet I’m already experiencing multiple issues. The trigger stops working randomly, causing the vacuum to shut off by itself. On top of that, the laser head also turns off on its own intermittently, making it frustrating to use.

If this is happening after just a year, how am I supposed to rely on this vacuum for the long term? When I first started using it, the red strip on the upholstery head detached almost immediately, and now the red strip on the flower-shaped brush is also peeling off.

I expected high durability from Dyson, but this vacuum is already falling apart. I need a proper solution—whether it’s a repair or replacement, these issues should not happen on a premium product. Please resolve this immediately!

The wheel of the Dyson carpet head broke. Despite handling it carefully, encountering such a situation is very annoying. It's been only 1 year since we bought it, and experiencing such an issue so quickly is disappointing. Currently, it doesn't glide on the carpet because of the wheel, and we can't direct it in the desired direction. I would appreciate it if the concerned parties could help.

"Congratulations to Dyson. They called me on Friday and asked what the problem was, and I explained it. After a short video call, they said the faulty parts needed to be replaced. And today, I received a brand new device. It’s excellent that they replaced it under warranty without charging a single penny. From now on, I will not shop from any company other than Dyson. Other companies should take this as an example; I have never seen this kind of behavior from any other company. They were very polite during our conversation. They took everything into consideration. I would like to thank the Dyson Turkey team."
