I bought the v15 from Dyson's website on 17.04.2022 and gave them all my company deets. But, surprisingly, I never got the bill for this thing. I only found out about this issue after my accountant told me, so I hit up Dyson to get the invoice. Finally got the corrected invoice from them. This inconvenience caused a big hit for my company. I couldn't get the VAT and income tax deductions because I didn't have the invoice, which ended up costing me 6.500TL. This is not cool and we gotta fix it ASAP. If they messed up, they better make it right with some kind of fair compensation - whether it's a check, gift card, or something else, they should because there is loss on my part. Dyson needs to handle this ASAP and make sure they come up with a solution that works. I think they should own up to their mistake and fix it since I'm a loyal customer.
