Dyson V12 Vacuum Handle Broke. Warranty Support Fails
My Dyson V12 vacuum handle broke after a year of purchase, still within warranty. It's been three months since I reported this to customer service, but they haven't provided a solution. They claim stock hasn't been replenished and can't provide information on my consumer rights. Their response will likely be that they're waiting for stock, which doesn't solve my problem. The vacuum sits unused, a disappointment from Dyson.
