I deeply regret purchasing the Dyson V12 vacuum. My unit began stopping on its own, so I sent it to service, as instructed, with all its parts. The customer representative told me they would replace it, mentioning my vacuum's body color might not be available. A technician later called, insisting I accept a different color to resolve the issue, which I reluctantly did. But when my vacuum was returned, the tube was dented! They told me the new tube wasn’t in stock and that I should return the damaged one and wait without a tube. After waiting for 6 months, the new tube arrived, but the laser attachment wouldn’t work with it. When I contacted customer service, they said the inner mechanism was faulty and that I’d have to return it again and wait months for a replacement.
I suspect the parts they’re sending aren’t even original! How can Dyson expect customers to wait without parts for months? Six months without my vacuum, and my warranty time has been wasted. Dyson’s lack of care and poor service is beyond frustrating.
