Dyson V12 Detect Slim Filter Always Gives Cleaning Alarm
My Dyson V12 Detect Slim, which I purchased in March 2022, is constantly warning me that the filter needs to be cleaned. After speaking with other Dyson users, I realized that this is not typical. Customer service advised me to clean the cyclone and remove the battery, which I did, but it did not help. I wash the filter and let it dry for two days, during which time I am unable to use the device. When I reattach it, the warning appears once more. I haven't been able to use the device much since I bought it. Finally, I was informed that I require a new filter, which is not covered under warranty. The new filter costs 999 TL and is currently unavailable. Dyson's lack of after-sales service is disappointing.
