On February 2, 2024, I purchased a Dyson V12 vacuum from Teknosa (City’s AVM, Istanbul). From the first day, despite the device being perfectly clean, it shows an “airflow blocked” warning after about 20–25 minutes of use. This happens with every attachment and every cleaning session. At first, I assumed it might be normal, but the user manual clearly indicates that seeing this warning repeatedly is not expected during regular operation.
The product is still under warranty. I have not authorized any repairs, part replacements, or additional payments. I performed basic maintenance (emptying the bin, checking the wand/attachments, cleaning the filter), but the issue persists. I have not contacted Dyson customer service yet because I am requesting a direct replacement. Given how frequently other users report similar behavior, I believe this may be a recurring (design or manufacturing) issue with the V12 and not user error.
My request: Please replace my current V12 with a new, defect-free unit of the same model (or an equivalent). I do not want to incur service downtime or extra costs for a premium product that has shown the same fault since purchase. I appreciate a prompt resolution so I can use the vacuum as advertised.
