I purchased my Dyson V10 vacuum in 2022, and after just one year, in 2023, the Motorbar head broke. Dyson replaced it under warranty, which I appreciated. However, now, in 2024, the exact same issue has happened again, but this time, my warranty has expired, and Dyson refuses to provide any assistance.
Am I supposed to replace the Motorbar head every single year? This is unacceptable for such an expensive vacuum. A product of this price and reputation should last much longer. If you’re considering buying a Dyson V10, think twice—once the warranty expires, you’re left with a broken product and no support. Dyson, do better! I expect a solution.
