Dyson Supersonic Nural Delivery Delayed for Days — No Real Answers From Support

I ordered the Supersonic Nural hair dryer directly from Dyson’s official website. I was notified that the product would be delivered on Friday, November 14, but the delivery never happened. The delivery date was then updated to Saturday, November 15, yet it still wasn’t delivered. Now the delivery date is shown as November 17, and I still haven’t received my order. I live in Istanbul, and this delay has now lasted a total of 3 business days—4 full days.

I contacted the shipping company three times; each time they told me, “it will be delivered today,” and left me waiting. During my second call, they said they would escalate the issue to their operations team, but I never received any update. I also called Dyson customer service, and once again, I was told only to wait and that the product would be delivered today. Neither the shipping company nor Dyson customer service offered any real solution beyond asking me to keep waiting.

I paid for my order in full upfront, and I’ve had to spend three days waiting for a delivery that never arrived. I expect an explanation, an apology, and a real, accurate delivery date and time to resolve this inconvenience.
