Dyson Store Getting Extra Money For V15 Detect Absolute

On 29.03.2023, between 13:30 and 14:00, I bought 1 Dyson V15 Detect Absolute Wireless Vacuum Cleaner at a price of 14,999 TL from the DYSON store in Istanbul Akasya Mall. At the stage of paying the fee, I first gave the credit card of the public bank registered to my name to the salesperson and said that she could withdraw the fee of 14,999 TL as a single withdrawal, and I entered my card password on the POS device. Thereupon, I gave my debit card, which belongs to the public bank, which was with me, and told the fee to be withdrawn from here, and the fee was withdrawn from this card. No invoice was given to me at that time, only the information slip for the transaction was given. I bought the product and left the store. When I checked my accounts via mobile banking in the evening, I saw that a fee of 14,999 TL was withdrawn both from my debit card and from my credit card, which they said was unsuccessful. I contacted Halkbank customer service on the 0850 222 0400 line and was informed that both transactions were successful and they forwarded the provision numbers related to these transactions to me. Thereupon, I contacted the relevant company via the support line (0850 532 11 44), WhatsApp line (0538 098 42 **), and e-mail ([email protected]), but I got the answer that I had to talk to the store where the sale was made and that there was nothing they could do as the head office. I was directed to the store. I went to the DYSON store in Akasya AVM on 30.03.2023 at different times during the day and talked to the relevant people, and I could not get any results. Despite all the documents in my possession, I have suffered a serious loss both materially and morally due to a transaction they have done knowingly or unknowingly. In addition, I was treated as a thief, so to speak, by the employees of the relevant company by constantly questioning and delaying myself. I request that the transaction made by the current company be corrected as soon as possible and that a second fee that has been unfairly withdrawn from my credit card be returned to me.
