Dyson Repair Service Damaged My Device and Denied Warranty





Friends, my Dyson product malfunctioned, and after the authorized service allegedly repaired it, the issue persisted. When I used the product for the fourth time, I noticed a burnt smell again. Upon contacting them, they claimed it's out of warranty, despite me paying ₺2500. After 45 days, it malfunctioned again, and they refused to acknowledge it. I took matters into my own hands, opened it using their provided link, and found it taped up like in the picture. They are truly victimizing customers, and I strongly advise against recommending this brand. Dyson is a company that creates problems, blaming the customer for their own technicians' incompetence. I deeply regret my purchase, and I discovered others warning, "once you get involved, you'll lose more than you bargained for." Be cautious and avoid this brand.
