Dyson Refused Warranty on My Hard Floor Attachment That Broke After One Year




I bought a Dyson vacuum that came with a hard floor attachment, and after only a year of use, the attachment snapped right in half while I was using it. Even though the product is still covered by warranty, Dyson claims it's "user error" and only provides paid support to fix the issue. I’ve explained the situation several times and even set up a video call to show the issue, but I still haven’t received a real solution. I expected way better customer support and quality assurance for a product that costs thousands. It's quite frustrating to think that Dyson isn't fully supporting their products, especially considering the brand's good name. I wanted to share this to help others think about this point before buying Dyson products.
