Dyson V12 Slim Detect After-sales Service Failure


I reached out to Dyson customer service regarding an issue I was experiencing with my furniture attachment. They mentioned that I had to pay for it. (Users are well aware that the furniture attachment lacks durability.) According to their statement, because the product was removed from its packaging in the new year, the warranty did not cover the furniture attachment. When I bought the product in 2022, it was ready to use right away, so I made the payment, expecting it to be covered by the warranty. My warranty is still in effect, but strangely enough, the furniture attachment is the only thing that's not covered. In addition, the customer service representative mentioned that the product was currently unavailable. I ended the call. Upon visiting Dyson's website, I noticed that the product was in stock. They are refusing to honor the warranty and being dishonest about it. I made another call, but to my disappointment, I found myself abandoned in this predicament.
