Dyson Refused to Honor Warranty for My V15 Vacuum Gift Without Purchase Details
The Dyson V15 was gifted to us by friends, and it was excellent at first. However, over time, the parts started causing issues. The suction power constantly decreases, requiring use at the highest mode, and now it no longer functions properly. Since the warranty has not expired, we contacted customer service. The serial number is registered in your system, but because we cannot provide the name of the person who purchased it (our former partner had someone from their company buy it), our issue remains unresolved. Dyson is a reputable brand, and the product is registered in your system under a valid warranty. Are we supposed to track down employees for this? Our partnership with that company has ended. If the device were not registered, it would have been an even bigger problem. This was a gift meant to provide convenience, yet now we are left with a non-functional vacuum that cost five times more than its counterparts, all before the warranty expired. I request that this unreasonable excuse be resolved immediately and that our issue be addressed. If not, I will start a live broadcast every time I vacuum with Dyson.
