Dyson Hasn't Shipped My Paid Order Yet

My friend and I ordered the same item from Dyson at the same time last week. While my friend's order was delivered without incident to his door, I had no such luck! Worse, when I called customer service to inquire about the status of my order, they simply stated that someone from the appropriate department would contact me. Days passed, but no one bothered to contact me or address my concerns. At this point, they had not only taken money from me for a product that never arrived, but they had also failed to take action to resolve the problem. It is highly unfair of them to have victimized me in this manner as someone who placed an order through their official website and complied with all of their terms and conditions. I'm hoping that Dyson will find a solution to my problem soon. It would be greatly appreciated if they could send out my cargo as soon as possible so that this inconvenience can be addressed fairly.
