Dyson Gen5 Detect Head Breaking Repeatedly - No Repair Or Refund Offered


I bought a Dyson Gen5detect vacuum cleaner on 11.10.2023. I have been having some trouble with one of the wheels on the side of the carpet head. It just will not stay attached, no matter how many times I try to fix it. In addition, the silicone bands on the body are starting to separate. I have been having trouble getting in touch with customer service, both over the phone and through written communication. The warranty for my product is still valid. I would like to inquire about obtaining a replacement or spare parts.
