Dyson Changed Box Contents of My V10 Vacuum and Removed the Mini Motorhead Nozzle

On January 15, 2024, I purchased a Dyson V10 cordless vacuum cleaner with serial number 8CV-EU-SHR7828A from the www.dyson.com.tr website for ₺20,000 as a gift for my mother-in-law. She has been using it with great satisfaction since then. Based on her positive experience, I decided to purchase the same Dyson V10 cordless vacuum cleaner model with serial number Z3W-EU-TGS3428A for myself during the November discount campaign on November 11, 2024, for ₺15,000. However, I noticed that the box contents of the product I received were different, and the Mini Motorhead nozzle, which was included in my mother-in-law's product, was missing. While this information was noted in the box contents on the website, I purchased the product based on my trust in the brand and my previous positive experience, without examining the updated box contents. When I contacted customer service, they informed me that the Mini Motorhead nozzle is no longer produced and has been replaced with a different version, which is included in other models. They also sell this nozzle separately on their website for ₺2,200. As a consumer, I feel misled and disappointed that the product was marketed under the same model name despite changes in its contents, and the price was reduced under the guise of a discount. This has eroded my trust in the brand and caused me inconvenience. I hope to receive a response to address this issue and prevent others from encountering the same problem. It is unreasonable to expect end consumers to constantly monitor the product's website to track changes in box contents, especially when the product has been recommended and trusted based on prior usage.
