I bought the Dyson Airwrap™️ Multi-styler Complete Long (Vinca blue/Rose) product from the IstinyePark Dyson store on 22.03.2023. On 02.05.2023, the device started to stop on its own and turn on a red light. However, there was no problem with filter cleaning. As a matter of fact, it was sent to the service and the exchange request was approved. The product they sent back to us is Dyson Airwrap™️ Multi-styler Complete Long (Prussian blue and bright copper). It is a completely different product; they did not send the travel bag included in the first product we bought. They both send a different product and missing. We were able to use the device for 40 days. We have been dealing with service and customer service for 22 days.
