Dyson Airwrap Engine Failure And Technical Service Fiasco

I bought my Dyson Airwrap device approximately 4 years ago. When I tried to turn it off and on after using it for a few minutes, I noticed that it gave a red light warning and did not turn on again, so I took it to the technical service in Ankara, Kentpark. The technical service stated that there was an engine malfunction and that the engine and main body could not be repaired or changed in any way, even outside the scope of warranty. Two options were presented. The first option is a 25% discount on my new device purchases in exchange for keeping the old device in the technical service, and the second option is that my device is sent back to me without any repairment. Both options are worse than each other. In the first option, why can't I have my device returned to me, which I paid for years ago and is somehow working? In the second option, why can't the manufacturer and supplier, who are legally obliged to provide the parts of the device for 10 years (even if the warranty period expires), fail to fulfill this obligation? I will apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee and take legal action.
