On December 1, 2024, I purchased a Dyson Airstrait from Batumi, Georgia. Being a current Dyson Airwrap user and owning other Dyson products, I decided to buy this new device as well. However, when I returned to Turkey and tried to turn on the device, it displayed a red LED light error. According to the user manual and videos I watched online, the device must not be used and should be sent for service. Despite the product being brand new and still under warranty, I have not received any technical support or assistance with a product replacement. I kindly request support and assistance from Dyson Turkey regarding this issue. Can the device be repaired? I also contacted Dyson Georgia but have not received a response. I would appreciate any help to make the device functional.
