Duolingo Subscription Created Without Permission and Charged Me
A Duolingo subscription was created and I canceled it. However, I then received a notification that a charge had been added to my Turkish Telekom bill. When I called Turkish Telekom, they told me that the line is registered under someone else’s name and that they cannot process anything without the account holder’s permission. However, the subscription was created without the account holder’s consent in the first place.
As a result, a charge of $30 has been added to my bill, and I have been left dealing with this issue without a clear solution.
My Duolingo subscription was canceled, but the ₺970 charge continues to appear on my bill. I haven't received any information from Türk Telekom, and my refund request is still unresolved.
