DramaBox Charged My Card but Shows No Active Subscription or Access

I am writing to report a problem with the DramaBox app subscription through its website. Today I was charged 56 pesos to my NU card, but on the website it shows that I have no suspension or active information, and at the same time I cannot access any drama content. I made the payment before logging in, and after that, when I wanted to cancel, the system asked me to log in. When I logged in, no subscription or payment appeared in my account, and the app stopped letting me see anything. I then logged out and tried again, but the situation remained the same: I was charged 56 pesos, I cannot view any content, and I do not have any visible option to cancel the subscription from the website. Because of this, I do not want to continue with the subscription and I cannot manage it from my account. I kindly request that my DramaBox subscription be cancelled immediately and that the 56 pesos charged today to my NU card be fully refunded, as I have not been able to use the service nor manage the cancellation from the website.
