DramaBox Charges Attempted Without Consent From Instagram Content

On September 15, I noticed that I was being billed for Dramabox with a U7009 code just for viewing content on Instagram, even though I never clicked to watch a full episode or knowingly approved any paid service or subscription. Two separate charges of $14.39 each were attempted on my Apple Cash account for Dramabox, but due to insufficient funds, no payment was completed. I am very concerned and upset that such charges could even be attempted without my clear consent, and I do not understand how this is happening directly from Instagram content. I request that this situation be investigated, that any existing authorization or hidden subscription related to Dramabox and this U7009 charge be fully canceled, and that my account be protected so that no future Dramabox or similar charges can be initiated without my explicit and informed approval. I also ask to be informed clearly how this occurred and what steps you will take to ensure it cannot happen again.
