Refund & Cancel DramaBox Subscription

I am writing regarding an unwanted charge from Drama Box on my iPhone. I initially added Drama Box on 06/19 and have been trying to cancel the subscription ever since, but I have not been able to find any option to cancel it. Despite my attempts, I was charged again today with an amount of $14.29 only about 14 minutes ago. I have already tried to cancel through the Drama Box app and through my iPhone subscription settings, but the subscription does not show up there, so I cannot manage or cancel it myself. I have also sent an email requesting cancellation and help, but so far I have not received a solution and the charges have continued. I use the email address / Apple ID sheas****[email protected] for this subscription. I request an immediate refund of the most recent $14.29 charge and the immediate cancellation of this Drama Box subscription so that I am not charged again in the future.
