DramaBite Subscription Charges Continue After Cancellation And App Deletion
Even though I canceled my DramaBite subscription both the app and through the “Subscriptions” section on Google Play, and completely deleted the application, my card continues to be charged regularly. So far, I have been charged 3 times, each around $71, totaling approximately $213 in unauthorized charges. It has been about 4–5 months since the first charge, and despite seeing that the subscription is canceled each time, the issue continues.
Even though I received an email confirming that “your subscription has been canceled and your data has been closed,” the fact that my card continues to be charged is extremely concerning and has caused serious inconvenience. When I contacted my bank, they told me that the subscription must be canceled through the app and that they cannot access it, but the subscription is already canceled and the app has been deleted.
I request a full investigation into these unauthorized charges, a complete refund of the approximately $213 that has been charged to my card so far, and the permanent removal of my card information from your systems to ensure that these unauthorized charges are stopped completely.
