DramaBite Unauthorized Charge And Refund Request Ignored

DramaBite mobile application charged my card without my consent. When I contacted customer service, they did not resolve my issue; instead, they tried to shift the blame by asking me to provide proof and did not offer any real assistance.

I have been left in a difficult situation due to this unauthorized transaction. I request that the amount charged to my card be refunded to me immediately and that this issue be resolved without further delay.
