I had a hair transplant at Dr. Serkan Aygın’s clinic about a year ago, and my experience has been nothing but disappointing. From the start, the pre-procedure examination was rushed and superficial. As a medical professional myself, I chose not to interfere, trusting that the clinic knew what they were doing. However, the results were nowhere near what was promised.
After 10 months, I scheduled a follow-up appointment to express my dissatisfaction. Despite being told I would be seen “shortly,” I was kept waiting for 3 hours. The clinic operates with a “just trust us” attitude, showing no real care for patient concerns.
To make matters worse, they later offered me a revision for 1,800 grafts at the same price as my initial 4,200 graft procedure, even though they had claimed the full number couldn’t be harvested. This makes it clear they are profit-driven rather than patient-focused.
