Hermest Hair Transplant Rushed My Procedure & Delivered Poor Results

I had a hair transplant at Hermest Hair Transplant 12 months ago, and my experience has been deeply disappointing. They operate on the top floor of a private hospital, and while their initial communication was friendly, it quickly became clear that they prioritize speed over quality.

Before the procedure, they insisted on cash payment in euros only, with no discounts. They even advised against bringing €500 banknotes because exchange offices wouldn’t accept them—strange for a professional clinic.

When I arrived for my transplant, a technician—not a doctor—handled the entire planning. The doctor only checked my blood pressure and had no involvement in the actual hairline design. Lacking experience in transplants, I relied on the technician’s judgment, which I now deeply regret. The entire graft extraction took 1-1.5 hours, followed by a rushed 2-hour implantation. The team worked hurriedly, and I overheard them calling in the next patient before I had even left the room—which made me feel like just another number.

The results are terrible. The hairline is uneven, with large gaps and positioned 1.5 cm too far back. The transplanted hairs stick straight up, even after washing, and I was told it’s because they used the zigzag technique—which doesn’t explain the unnatural look. While high-quality clinics take 8-9 hours for 3000-3500 grafts, Hermest rushed mine in just 3.5-4 hours. They claimed they extracted the maximum number of grafts (3500), but given the speed of the procedure, it’s clear they couldn’t have done it properly.

I feel completely let down by this clinic. Hermest, if you care about your reputation, you need to fix these issues and stop rushing procedures at the expense of quality!
