Dr. Brown’s Baby Bottle Leaks From Cap and Wrong Nipple

I purchased a wide-neck Dr. Brown’s baby feeding product because my baby has gas problems. Even though I prepared it exactly according to the instructions on the website, the bottle leaks formula from the cap. In addition, even though it is labeled as size 1, the nipple drips when held at an angle. It doesn’t even allow my baby to suck properly — the milk flows too fast, and my baby ends up choking instead of drinking. Because it is considered a sterile product, I was told it cannot be returned. I am requesting a proper response regarding this issue.
