Dr. Brown’s Baby Bottle Leaking 60ml Formula in 1 Hour
I had been using a Dr. Brown’s baby bottle for over a month. At first, I thought I was the one using it incorrectly because my baby couldn’t feed properly. I didn’t want to believe the brand could be the issue, but the bottle constantly leaked.
Most recently, I gave the bottle to my baby, and he refused it. I left it upright in the crib, and within an hour, the entire 60 ml of formula had leaked out. When I picked it up, it was still dripping. I think it has something to do with the internal tube, but I’m not sure.
I had to throw it away because after every feeding my baby was left soaking wet. Sometimes the nipple would also clog — my baby would try to suck, but nothing would come out. We could never figure it out.
After reading other reviews, I’ve decided not to buy from this brand again. We originally used Philips bottles, but switched to narrow-neck bottles on advice to prevent nipple confusion. I forced my baby to get used to Dr. Brown’s, and now I regret it. I’m trying to reintroduce other bottles again.
