I bought a Dove soap dispenser from the supermarket, and it’s leaking due to a clear manufacturing defect! The soap has spilled everywhere, creating a complete mess. Not only have I lost most of the product, but it's also left soap residue all over my belongings, causing additional inconvenience. How can Dove sell such a poorly produced item without adequate quality control? It's incredibly frustrating and unacceptable to pay money (₺) for something defective that creates more hassle than it's worth. Dove needs to immediately acknowledge this issue, investigate their faulty packaging, and either refund my money or replace the leaking soap bottle promptly.
