Duplicate Double Tree By Hilton Hotel On Booking

I made a hotel reservation through Booking, but I later realized that the listing was fake or a duplicate of the original hotel. The hotel was shown as “DoubleTree by Hilton Kemer Ultra All Inclusive Antalya”. The photos in the listing were exactly the same as the photos of the original DoubleTree by Hilton hotel, clearly copied from the real hotel, which led me to believe I was booking the genuine property. I also do not understand how such a well-known brand and platform can allow a duplicate or misleading listing to exist without anyone noticing or stopping it in time. When I called the original DoubleTree by Hilton Kemer Ultra All Inclusive Antalya hotel directly to clarify the situation and ask them to accept my reservation, they refused. After I informed Booking about this situation, the hotel name on the system was changed to “Kemer All Inclusive”, which made the situation even more suspicious and confusing. I am still dealing with this problem right now. In this situation, my clear expectation from Booking is that my existing reservation is transferred to the original DoubleTree by Hilton Kemer Ultra All Inclusive Antalya hotel without any extra payment, additional fees, or price difference. I want Booking to protect me as a customer, to recognize that I booked in good faith through their platform based on the copied photos and misleading listing, and to ensure that I can stay at the original hotel under the same conditions and price as in my initial reservation. I also request that Booking confirms my booking directly with the original hotel by phone and email so that I have written proof that my stay is guaranteed. I kindly request that this issue be urgently investigated, that the fake or duplicate listing be reviewed and removed or corrected, and that my booking be changed to the original DoubleTree by Hilton Kemer Ultra All Inclusive Antalya hotel without any extra cost to me.
