Doublelist Blocks Phone Numbers and Emails, Preventing Dates

I have been using Doublelist as a meet and date site, where people are supposed to be able to find and arrange to meet with others they are interested in. However, for about the last 12 months, the platform has been blocking any attempt to share my contact information with another user, which makes it impossible to actually arrange a date. Whenever I try to send my phone number, text number or email address to the person I want to meet, Doublelist blocks or deletes this information before it reaches the other person. Because of this, there is no practical way to make plans or continue the conversation off the site, and the basic purpose of using Doublelist is not being fulfilled. I have tried to get support for this issue by emailing Doublelist at the support address provided, but the email address appears to be invalid. I sent messages twice and they bounced or did not go through, so I have not been able to communicate with the company about this problem through normal support channels. I request that Doublelist allow me to share my own contact information, such as my phone number, text number or email address, with the people I am talking to, or provide a clear and working alternative that lets users safely exchange details and make plans. I also ask that a valid, functioning support contact be provided so users can reach the company when issues like this occur.
