Waplog Account Suddenly Suspended and Reactivation Request Unanswered

I am a user of the Waplog dating app and my account, registered with the email address diahh***[email protected], was suddenly suspended on 23 July this year. I received a notification that my account has been suspended, but I was not given any clear explanation about the reason and I am not aware of any violation I may have committed. After noticing the suspension, I immediately contacted Waplog support via email and requested clarification and reactivation of my account. However, until now I have not received any response or explanation, and my account remains inaccessible. This situation is very upsetting for me, especially because I was in active contact and in the process of getting to know someone through the application. I kindly request that my Waplog account be fully checked and restored as soon as possible, or that I be given a clear explanation of the exact reason for the suspension if reactivation is not possible. I expect this issue to be reviewed urgently and resolved fairly.
