Unauthorized Domestika Plus Charge After Buying Single Course
On September 9, 2025, I purchased the course “Instagram Feed Design with Canva” on Domestika for ₺29 as a one-time payment. I only intended to buy this single course and never approved any subscription or trial offer. However, on October 10, 2025, ₺5,790 (approximately $140 USD) was withdrawn from my card without 3D Secure verification and without my consent.
According to Domestika’s official policy, trial periods are not automatically added and must be manually activated by the user. Despite this, the unauthorized payment was processed entirely without my knowledge or approval. My order reference is C49564148T32248252, and my account is registered under b*****@gmail.com**.
To resolve the issue, I submitted a support ticket and sent multiple emails to Domestika, but I only received automated responses without any real assistance. I have also initiated a chargeback request through my bank, and the review process is currently ongoing.
I request the immediate refund of the amount charged without my authorization. This situation should be treated as a case of consumer deception and unauthorized recurring payment under digital commerce regulations.
