I have a balance of ₹1,700 in my Dmwin Game wallet, and my withdrawal request has been on hold since April 19, 2026. In the app, the status shows as “on hold,” and my money has not been released to me.
When I contacted Dmwin Game customer support, I was told that I might be involved in group play and illegal betting. I clearly state that I have not participated in any illegal betting or such activities. Because of this accusation, my legitimate withdrawal request is being blocked, and my funds are stuck without any valid reason.
I request that my account and transactions be properly reviewed, that the incorrect “illegal betting” suspicion be removed, and that the hold on my ₹1,700 withdrawal be lifted so my funds can be released as soon as possible.
