The UTR/reference number for this UPI transaction is 531661643490. As soon as I noticed that my account balance had not been updated, I contacted DM Win customer support. They informed me that they have not yet received the payment. However, the amount has already been debited from my bank account, and only a few minutes had passed since the transaction was completed, which makes me concerned about the status of my money.
I request that my 5,000 INR deposit with UTR 531661643490 be urgently traced and credited to my DM Win account. If this is not possible for any reason, I expect a clear explanation and a full refund of the amount to my original payment method without delay.
