DistroKid Published Our Feat Track Under A Wrong Single Artist Name

87

About a month ago, we tried to release our song “Durdu Dünya” on DistroKid as a collaborative (feat) track using the artist names “Napolyon” and “livor79.” Even though I filled out all the required fields correctly and checked the collaboration option, the song was not published under two separate artist profiles. Instead, DistroKid merged both artist names into a single new artist profile, making it appear on all platforms (Spotify, Apple Music, etc.) as if we were a single group—despite there being no such group project.

I attempted to contact DistroKid customer support to fix the issue, but I could only reach the automated bot, and no actual solution was provided. The problem is still ongoing, and I have been experiencing this issue for nearly a month.

I request that our song be correctly published under two separate artist profiles, “Napolyon” and “livor79,” as a proper feat collaboration. My reference number for this process is 199956069879. I kindly ask for the issue to be resolved as soon as possible.
