I Paid Disney Plus by Mistake and Did Not Receive Refund

On March 31, I accidentally made a payment of $14 to Disney Plus using a different account that I no longer use. The payment was made with my debit card. Immediately afterward, I contacted customer service, explained the situation, and they canceled my subscription. I was also informed that the amount I paid would be refunded to my account within seven business days.

However, despite the time that has passed, I still have not received any refund, nor have I been given any update regarding the process. While I expected a quick resolution for this accidental payment, I am now left without my money and facing uncertainty.

I request that Disney Plus refund the $14 I paid on March 31 for the canceled subscription as soon as possible. I also ask for clear and detailed information regarding the status of my refund.
