I Demand Refund for 4 Months of Disney Plus Charges
I believed I had canceled my Disney+ subscription on January 5, 2026, and had closed all my digital memberships. However, I recently discovered that my Disney+ subscription was never actually canceled in the system, and my Garanti Bank account has been charged regularly for the past four months.
My account is registered under u**********@gmail.com**. Since I thought the cancellation had been completed, I did not check my account during this period, and I only noticed the charges by chance. I did not expect to experience such an issue with a brand like Disney+.
I request that my Disney+ subscription be immediately and permanently canceled, that all charges from the past four months be fully refunded to me, and that no further payments be taken from my account under any circumstances.
