Discover Bank Rewards Faded, Interest Rates Changed Since My First Use

I have been using Discover Bank for several years now especially due to their rewards and cash back system, the card was great at first, when I started using it a few years back but now that I use it often, it's just okay. it's annoying that the algorithm doesn't seem to care about good customers like me who stick with them, I see they offer better alternatives and campaigns to newcomers, the sudden and unexpected rise in my card's interest rates, on the other hand, worries me. It costs more to raise your credit limit with Credit One and other competitors, which makes Discover's policy seem old-fashioned and unfriendly to customers. It makes me sad to see a company I trusted go in that direction.
