Garanti BBVA  Charged Me an Unfair Annual Fee on My Long-Time Credit Card

I've had a BBVA Garanti Bank credit card for a long time and just recently saw that my account was charged a yearly fee. Having used this card for years, I don't think this fee is fair at all, especially since I've never had any problems with the card or payments. I called the bank's customer service to ask for a return and to make sure that they would not charge me any more fees like that. But, no matter how hard I've tried, I haven't gotten a satisfactory answer yet. The bank has always been nice to me, so it's really annoying to be treated badly after years of being a loyal customer. I hope this problem is fixed quickly because as a loyal customer, I expect to be treated fairly.
