I Received a Discord Security Code Despite Never Creating a Discord Account

Even though I have no connection to Discord whatsoever, I received an SMS on my phone stating, “Your Discord security code is...”. I have never created a Discord account, downloaded the application, or used my phone number on this platform in any way.

This one-time message, which arrived at 4:22 AM, makes me believe that my phone number may have been used or is being used within Discord’s system without my authorization. This situation is concerning and uncomfortable. I do not want my personal information or phone number to be used without my consent.

I request the immediate removal of my phone number from any accounts that have been created, linked, or are in the process of being linked without my permission. I also ask that any records associated with my phone number be thoroughly reviewed and deleted if appropriate. Finally, I request to be informed of the findings and actions taken regarding this matter.
