I Received a Discord Verification Code Without Ever Creating an Account

At approximately 2:30 AM last night, I received a Discord verification code via SMS on my phone, even though I have never registered for Discord or created an account on the platform.

Because of this, I am seriously concerned that someone may be attempting to use my phone number without my knowledge or authorization. I do not consent to, approve of, or accept any account creation, registration, or activity conducted in my name using my phone number without my explicit written permission and knowledge. I also reject any responsibility for such unauthorized actions.

I request that any unauthorized use of my phone number be prevented immediately. If any Discord account has been created or is in the process of being created using my phone number, I ask that it be identified and permanently removed without delay. I also request that I be informed of the actions taken regarding this matter.
