I Discovered My Phone Number May Be Linked to Someone Else’s Discord Account

I recently noticed a situation involving my phone number that has raised serious security concerns. I was not a Discord user and was not even familiar with the application. However, in the early hours of March 16, I began receiving Discord verification SMS messages on my phone, which immediately caught my attention.

After investigating the issue further, I attempted a password reset process and found that, although the verification code sent by SMS was delivered to my phone number, the associated Discord account was registered under a different email address. As a result, I suspect that my phone number may be linked to a Discord account that does not belong to me.

I tried to review the matter and seek assistance through Discord’s support page, but I was unable to access the support resources. Therefore, I am requesting help through this channel.

I respectfully request that Discord investigate whether my phone number is connected to a Discord account that I do not own and perform all necessary security checks. If my phone number is currently being used on another account, I request that it be removed immediately and that all appropriate corrective actions be taken to protect my personal information and account security.
