DiDi Driver Overcharge In Nanjing China

I used Didi ride-hailing in Nanjing on 22 October 2026 at around 8:45 a.m. The app showed that the ride should cost about 10.9 RMB. I also have tickets from other taxi services showing that the same route normally costs around 11 RMB. However, at the end of the trip, the driver charged me 50 RMB. Because of this large difference between the app fare and what the driver asked for, I believe I was overcharged. I also have pictures of the driver and the call for the service as supporting evidence. I kindly request that the extra amount I was charged above the correct fare be refunded to me and that this ride be reviewed so similar situations do not happen again.
