Hello, I've been attempting to schedule a courier for my Amazon package through DHL via phone, but it appears to be quite challenging. Nevertheless, it is clearly stated on Amazon's website that appointments can be scheduled over the phone. Regrettably, I was unable to make any calls, which raises doubts about the website's usability. Not being able to call for a courier has really stressed me out.
