Depop App Shows No Items, Yet Sends Useless Notifications
Every time I try to search for something, get a message that says "sorry, no items" or a single item, can't look for what I need. Implementing filters for qualities such as colour, condition, and sleeve length would greatly improve the accuracy of searches and speed up the retrieval of desired items, later when I get bored, the app sends me a lot of useless alerts even when I'm not using it, even when I turn off notifications. No matter how hard I try to turn them off, these constant notifications are still a big distraction, customer reps just give general answers and more links, stuck in a never-ending cycle of pointless emails... do you wish to trade or not? Because with these manners all it happens is driving us away, away from you and shopping all together.
